We are committed to diversity and inclusion. We partner with MercyWorks in Syracuse to host summer interns. We strive to ensure that all are invited to partner with us, film with us, apply to work with us, and be HA-P with us!
We are also dedicated to giving people their first opportunities, learning on the job with us and/or failing and getting support to figure things out.

Working with the area's students and recent grads helps us give opportunities to young film makers to gain real world experience and add to their resumes while keeping our costs down.
